During a fine morning sunrise, the observer was standing in her Collins Street office building, looking northward through a window, when a large chrome ball about the apparent size of the moon, but really quite close, caught her eye. It appeared golden as she saw it, but the sun was being reflected by the surface of the orb, and this might have contributed to its golden appearance.

The ball silently fluttered around for about one minute, then just hovered like it was waiting for her to see it. It then started travelling in the same relative area like a fly being pursued, changing direction erratically. It darted about quickly then slowly, and then commenced moving higher into the sky, while remanning completely visible. Finally, it sped very very rapidly across the sky, and was lost from sight when it moved behind other buildings.

On 1st November around 6.30am he witnessed a bright contrail against a red dawn sky. He said that saw the object creating it, which he sighted for around 20 minutes. He had never seen anything like it so he thought it wise to report it just in case. What he saw was a high altitude aircraft, possibly military. Attila Kaldy UFOSWS

Alan is a truckdriver from Mildura in Victoria who drives interstate. He was driving in Cullen Gully near Wagga Wagga at 1:45am last Saturday along with 5 other trucks. He saw something he described as like a falling star, but it was an unusual colour. It was a bright green colour with a red tinge at the back. The whole sky lit up over Wagga Wagga for about 3-4 seconds.

This is quite consistant for a meteor, and as no other unusual activity was reported Meteor remains the most likely explanation. George Simpson AUFORN VIC

Jenny and three other people observed an object. This object was quite large, bright and silent. It flew lower than a plane or helicopter, travelled from East to West, travelling very fast, 2 or 3 times faster than a plane. It was very round like a ball, and very bright , it was a white/ yellow colour.

The observers discussed this object for quite some time and could not come up with any answers as to what the object might have been. George Simpson AUFORN VIC

Paul was outside on the Saturday night, he looked up and saw a very bright red light in the sky with sharp points. It then faded away to nothing. It was about 2-3 kilometers away and up at about a 25 degree angle to the horizon. It seemed to be over a rural area, in the Lilydale-Croydon direction. It was not a plane or helicopter, was very unusual. George Simpson AUFORN VIC

“Two very bright Orange Lights much brighter than the brightest star in the sky, they looked to me to be the size of an average house lightbulb, they were moving east to west at about 45 degrees about the horizon. We are sure they were not saterlites or shooting stars.

The first light appeared approximately 9pm the second less then 5 minutes after. The two lights followed the same path moving fairly quickly, the lights were constant never changing which ever direction they were viewed. When the first light appeared my husband was out side and he came in to get his glasses he said that there was a strange bright orange light in the sky first he thought it was a small plane but there was no sound or flashing lights. There was five people at our home at the time and four of us saw the first light as the other person was on the telephone when he finished his call he came out just in time to see the last of the first orange light. You can imagine our surprise when we saw the second one coming my Aunt spotted the second one and she said look at that bright light. We all agreed that not one of us had ever seen anything like this before our ages range from 48 years to 71 years of age.

We stayed around for awhile but did not see anymore.? Myra Stanton

The observer reports that she did not provide details of this sighting earlier because she was ridiculed when she related the details to a 'friend'. Her initial impression was that she was watching what she thought were huge birds being followed by a sparrow, but she soon realised that this was not the case when she noticed that there were no wing movements except for the little black thing following the others, which appeared to be swaying.

She further reports that this sighting occurred on a Friday, toward the end of November 2003 at around 10.30 a.m., and that the cloudless sky was an absolutely stunning blue. She was driving on Ferntree Gully Road and had to stop at the Brandon Park Shopping Centre (Waverley) traffic lights, as she was about to turn right into the shopping centre.

When she looked up through her driver's door window, she saw three objects in formation gliding silently to the left in an upward stepping pattern. She immediately opened the window as she thought that she might have been observing a reflection, but the objects were still there and they were being followed by something small and black.

The three objects appeared to be huge ad saucer-shaped, and their colour was similar to that of the moon when seen in daylight. They were being followed by something relatively small, black, and with what appeared to e spikes (possibly a stealth fighter).

The objects eventually moved behind a huge flagpole at the shopping centre, and did not re-emerge. She reports that her sighting lasted for approximately 30 to 45 seconds, and feels that others must have seen these objects while travelling along Springvale Road, though the suburb of Waverley, toward the suburbs of Springvale and Clayton.

The observer reported the appearance in the northern sky, of six small, bright, orange lights, that were fairly close together. These lights drifted silently toward the south where they were lost from sight.
