Dean (30), an experienced ultra-light pilot living on the Gold Coast, related an experience that he and his friend Dean had.

Glen, a flight instructor, recounted an incident that occurred on a houseboat at the Southport Marina Mirage. At 10:30 pm Glen and 15 other witnesses were disembarking from the houseboat when they saw three lights travelling very fast across the sky from the north to the south, merging together before disappearing over the Pacific Ocean. Chris, a fifty-year-old male, had an interesting encounter on Sunday 25 September 2005 on the last day of the Nexus Conference in Brisbane.

Chris had come down the stairs to see a friend off and was hanging out at the bottom near the lift deciding what to do next.Out of the corner of his eye he saw a Being and he exclaimed, “Oh My God”. The Being, in turn, said, “Are you talking to me? I can’t talk now - we’ll talk later”. Chris said the sighting was very fleeting but the Being appeared to be six feet tall with a powerful presence and with tawny golden hair around his
face, almost lion-like.

The conference finished at 6 pm but Chris states that the next thing he recalled was waking up in his van, which was parked near the Prince Alfred Hospital, Brisbane, at 10.30 pm.

Chris cannot account for the four and a half hours of lost time and awoke tired, confused and light-headed with one eye tender and bloodshot.He also found his car keys in his right hand pocket when he states he always carries them in his left hand pocket.Chris went to the doctor to see about his sore eye and the doctor advised him he must have got that whilst arc welding. Needless to say Chris doesn’t do arc welding.

Chris doesn’t have an explanation for his missing time and has found the whole encounter very confronting and it is now proving difficult for him to sleep.Having followed the Buddhist path for many years he has never really entertained UFO/ET encounters as being part of his reality but is aware of other spiritual realities. He has no wish to have any hypnotherapy and is basically still coming to terms with having his reality ‘rocked’ and wondering ‘why me?’ Chris says he has had trouble sleeping but feels ‘energised’ even though he has had little sleep. On 29 September 2005, around 10.30 pm, Shane from Casula became aware of bright lights shining through the window of his home. When he went outside to investigate he found that the light source was emanating from the sky. He watched five objects emitting bright orange light and circling between Holdsworthy, Liverpool and Casula. He watched them circle for about two hours before they disappeared. As an avid aviation enthusiast, Shane couldn’t believe what he was seeing as they were like no aircraft he had ever seen.

RACE investigators are presently pursuing this report but as yet have had no luck trying to contact the witness via the newspaper. Larraine Cilia UFOSWS
